Tax: Pay or not pay? An often crucial question in the transaction business. In the challenging field of tax law, we primarily advise on VC investments, employee incentive schemes, corporate restructurings and real estate transactions, also with respect to international tax implications. And if things get tight, we also help with procedural and criminal tax law expertise, e.g. in representing clients before tax authorities and courts and in the preparation of voluntary tax disclosures to avoid criminal prosecution.
